New on the menu in Las Vegas
Las Vegas is The Entertainment Capital of the World and has been steadily climbing its way toward the moniker The Dining Capital of the World, as well. Chefs have been staying busy in the nightlife destination with new restaurants, menus and concepts.
When planning a trip to Sin City, here are some spots to check out while you’re there.
Sam Fox (Culinary Dropout at The Hard Rock Hotel and North Italia at Rampart Commons), opened Flower Child, which also has a location in Del Mar, is his second restaurant in Rampart Commons, this month. A recent lunch included the standout Thai cashew quinoa with chicken, vegan poke (beets) with tofu, Flying Avocado wrap with turkey, and Kombucha, Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir and Nevada Beer all on tap. Flower Child’s tag line is “healthy food for a happy world” — loves it!
