Last week, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas announced that LUCKYRICE was returning to the resort this fall. I must admit, this is one announcement I am really excited about.
This year’s festival will feature three events spread out over the weekend of Oct. 4. An opening ceremony will kick things off on Friday where guests will get the opportunity to mingle with a stellar lineup of culinary masterminds, and a Dim Sum, Bloody Mary & Mahjong Brunch will close the weekend out on Sunday. These two events alone sounds like a blast. However, the real treat is on Saturday when LUCKYRICE Vegas Night Market takes over the Boulevard Pool.
If last year was any indication how deliciously amazing this year’s event will be, everyone attending is in for a real treat. Just be sure to arrive hungry and ready to sample copious amounts of traditional Asian street food as well as modern variations from celebrity chefs such as Pichet Ong, Todd English, Jet Tila and Kristen Kish. As if that wasn’t enough, The Cosmopolitan’s own Wicked Spoon chefs will feature an assortment of Asian-inspired bites as well as local favorites Fukuburger and Raku will offer their own take on night market fare!
