Richard Bosworth, president and CEO of JC Hospitality LLC, owner of Virgin Las Vegas, confirmed last year that a few of the popular restaurants from the Hard Rock days would be making the transition into its new form, including the first Nobu location in Las Vegas, MB Steak and Pizza Forte. He also teased the return of Olives from James Beard Award-winning chef Todd English, who previously operated venues at Bellagio at the Shops at Crystals. Olives will take the space of the former 35 Steaks + Martinis at the northern end of the property.
